Swim and Dive Team News
Welcome back for another exciting year of
swimming and diving at Woodcrest!

Sign-ups for Swim and Dive Teams
 Come out on opening day, Saturday, May 23, from Noon to 2pm, to sign up and meet the coaches!.  The fees for individual swimmers or divers is the same as last year, $85.  For someone on both the swim and dive teams, the cost will be $125.

Swim practice will begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2009.
Age 12 & Under swimmers will report at 4pm
Age 13 & Over swimmers should arrive no later than 5pm.

Practice will take place every weekday at these times until Friday, June 19.

The summer schedule will resume after this date:
13 & Over swimmers from 9am to 11am weekdays
12 & Under swimmers from 5pm to 7pm weekdays

Get Your Suits at Danzeisen and Quigley!
Every two years, the swim and dive teams get new suits, and this is the year!  The suits will be available at Danzeisen & Quigley (D&Q) after May 18, 2009.  Just go in and ask for the suit for Woodcrest.  D&Q gives the Tricounty swim teams 20% off the cost of the suits.  The girl's suit will be $48 and the boy's jammers are $33.  Also, D&Q has three swim team open sales weeks prior to the start of the Tricounty meets:  April 25-May 3, May 23-May 31, and June 13-June 19.
